Asahi Beverages had a new Mid-Term Plan (I can hear you yawning from here). They needed to introduce it to their entire workforce from office staff to strategic leaders and factory floor workers alike. They needed to get everyone excited and engaged in the new strategy. One of the challenges I often faced solving for large corporations while working for agency Bunch was to bring these organisation's strategies to life for their employees.
With the team at agency Bunch I created AMP it up. The Asahi Mid-term Plan roadshow. We took all the aspects of the strategy and explained them through the language of music. Each note, each musician, each instrument, each beat.. like each employee, is crucial to creating success in music as in business. The event included video, screen content, gifts, staging, scripting, environment design and a bespoke playlist created by each employee choosing their favourite song.
